About Me

My long tedious India name “Vandana Dattatraya Shelar Grzymisławski” just got a little shorter. And now I am proud to call myself “Vandy”.

An author, an artist, an anthropologist, an Entrepreneur, a social activist, a meditator and a mother!

When human’s experiences trauma due to injustice it is not unusual for them to raise questions. My passion to write developed from those stories of injustice and Trauma that were suppressed and censored in the name of religion, culture, patriarchy and blind beliefs. Being born in a country like India and then traveling places, it was very difficult to maintain silence on the issues that needed so much attention! Through my writings, I want to give voice to those social issues that will never otherwise get noticed.

Earning my master’s degree in English Literature, I’m passionate about books. My first book “The Indian Daughters” will be released on the woman’s day that is 8th March in the year 2020 in India and later will be translated in several European Languages, while I am working on my second book “Opportunities for young”

My passion to build a business led me to establish MS Global which is now giving foreign expansion services and sales outsourcing services and helping companies to expand more rapidly in the global market. Being the founder and the president of MS Global S. p. Z o. o., I am collecting my vivid experiences as a woman entrepreneur, and while doing so I strongly believe in the fact that more and more women need to head businesses, as it gives “a woman” a power and freedom to work, making her more independent and less vulnerable and prone to exploitation.

“Woman” is my favorite subject. All my work goes around it, be it books, paintings or social activities. Through my books, I want to represent those women who have no voice of their own.

While undertaking so many activities, meditation is something that keeps me calm. Being the Vipassana Meditator myself, I believe that meditation can make one wiser, calmer and more intuitive. I am also focused on putting my skills and passion to good use by supporting causes and organizing projects that I care about. I love meeting new people and learning new things, so please feel free to say hello if you have a story to share!
